Happenings at the Harman

In conversation with Shakespeare Theatre Company’s main stage productions, Happenings at the Harman showcases an inspiring array of local musicians, dancers, actors, puppeteers, and genre-mixers in an exciting series of free performances. Hosted in the Forum at the Harman Center for the Arts, Happenings performances feature the incredibly diverse talent from all across the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.

Happenings at the Harman events take place on select Thursday evenings from 6–7 p.m., which makes for an ideal pre-theatre experience (though theatre attendance is not required as all are welcome to enjoy). Come directly from work, get a drink at the Forum bar, and transition into the evening with a unique mix of performances.

All performances are FREE but with limited space, reservations are strongly encouraged.
