Accessibility

Accessible seating is available to accommodate mobility needs. A variety of accessible seating options allow patrons to transfer from a wheelchair, to reach aisle and center seats with no stairs, or to assist patrons that need more leverage for standing or more space for sitting. Chairs can also be removed to accommodate a mobility aid. The Box Office is happy to answer any questions regarding the best seating for your needs.

A frequency modulate (FM) audio enhancement system is available for all performances. Both headset receivers and neck loops (to use with hearing aids outfitted with a “T” switch) are available at coat check in the outer lobby at the Michael R. Klein Theatre and at coat check on the Orchestra (2nd level) at Sidney Harman Hall.

An audio-described performance is held for each production. Headsets are available at coat check in the outer lobby at the Michael R. Klein Theatre and at coat check on the Orchestra (2nd level) at Sidney Harman Hall.

Two open-captioned performances are held for each production. To ensure the best view of the screen, choose seats in row F or behind, and to the center or right of center. Seating is available in all price zones for these performances.

Programs in large print are available at the coat check in the outer lobby at the Michael R. Klein Theatre and at the Orchestra (2nd level) coat check at Sidney Harman Hall.

We are pleased to provide Braille programs for each of our mainstage productions. Braille programs are available at the coat check in the outer lobby at the Michael R. Klein Theatre and at the Orchestra (2nd level) coat check at Sidney Harman Hall.
